Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Life & Health Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and online chat.
• Building long-term relationships with clients and understanding their needs and concerns.
• Selling and servicing life, accident, and supplemental health insurance products.
• Meeting or exceeding sales and service targets.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or insurance environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and service targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications
