Responsibilities

As a Contractor/Freelance Customer Service Support, you will be responsible for:

• Acting as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns and providing excellent customer service.
• Managing the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work.
• Assigning SEO tasks to our fulfillment department and ensuring seamless communication.
• Representing our company and SEO product with excellent customer service, ensuring a positive client experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least six months of experience in customer service.
• Fluent spoken and written German skills are essential.
• Good English skills (for internal communication only).
• Proficiency in using standard Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs).
• Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts.
• Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work within time and quality standards.
• Strong conflict resolution skills to handle situations where clients are dissatisfied.

Working Hours

As a remote contractor, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you have a computer, headset, and a stable internet connection. Our working hours are:

• 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (CEST), Monday to Friday. No work on weekends or holidays.
