You'll be the go-to person for existing customers seeking assistance with their queries, as well as potential new customers looking for information about our products and services. Your role will involve:
- Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Processing orders and providing product information with a friendly demeanor
- Utilizing your excellent communication skills to engage with customers and provide personalized support
- Working independently in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision

Contract Length and Rate:
We offer a flexible contract length, allowing you to work on your own schedule. As a Retail Overnight Customer Service Specialist, you'll be paid $35 per hour, providing you with a competitive rate for your skills and expertise.
