Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will oversee client accounts and ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives, while building strong client relationships and managing project execution.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact
- Leading the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and scopes, delivering exceptional results within agreed parameters
- Collaborating with internal teams, including creative, strategy, media, and production, to execute projects effectively
- Preparing and presenting client proposals, performance reports, and strategic recommendations
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow client accounts, including cross-sells and upsells
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to inform client strategies
- Resolving client concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Skills
- Some experience in account management, ideally in an agency or marketing environment
- Proficiency with project management tools and software is very helpful (e.g., Asana, Wrike, or similar platforms)
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, ideally with experience managing campaigns across multiple channels
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and complex projects effectively
- Experience analyzing campaign performance data and developing actionable insights
- A track record of delivering exceptional client satisfaction
