Full-Stack Developer (AI-Assisted Workflow)

Full-Stack Developer (AI-Assisted Workflow) We're looking for a high-output offshore developer to work alongside Claude to rapidly build and ship applications. This role is focused on speed and execution — you'll take product ideas and AI-generated code, structure it properly, and turn it into reliable, working software. This is not about quick prototypes. You'll be expected to take AI-assisted output and deliver clean, production-ready systems.

First Project

You'll start by building an internal Driver Operations App that includes driver authentication and login, weekly shift claiming, shift start/end tracking, daily vehicle inspections with photo uploads, and an admin dashboard for reviewing inspections and managing shifts.

Responsibilities

Build full-stack web applications quickly and efficiently. Work alongside Claude to accelerate development. Refactor AI-generated code into clean, maintainable solutions. Connect frontend, backend, and database systems. Deploy and maintain applications in live environments. Identify and fix issues quickly. Communicate progress clearly and consistently.

Requirements

Strong experience with React or Next.js, Node.js or Python (FastAPI preferred), and PostgreSQL, Firebase, or Supabase. Proven ability to build and ship applications end-to-end. Experience using Claude in a development workflow. Ability to move fast and deliver working MVPs. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with Supabase, Vercel or similar platforms, internal tools or operational systems, and startup or fast-paced environments.
