Responsibilities
- Perform testing to ensure functionality for client
- Communicate with the client to keep them updated on project timelines and programming hours worked
- Manage multiple cases within SLAs and work with programming as necessary to convey customer requests
- Other projects and initiatives as agreed upon
Skills
- High school diploma
- 1 year or more experience in the banking industry preferred
- Adaptable, collaborative work style with appreciation for a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience working with clients and customers
- Familiarity with banking systems, terminology and processes
