Country Manager (Italian Market)

We are looking for a hands-on, highly commercial Country Manager to scale our operations in Italy.
This is not a corporate “country overseer” role.
Full commercial ownership: revenue, team, P&L and local execution.
You will be responsible for scaling the market while maintaining CM3 positive: defining strategy, leading a local sales team, and owning performance end-to-end.
You will operate as the local CEO of the market.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Define and execute strategy
- Build team structure and processes for future growth
- Scale revenue, clients (growth) while balancing profitability
Revenue Ownership
- Full responsibility for revenue targets
- Forecasting and pipeline management
- Sales process design and optimisation
- Define KPIs and performance metrics
Team Building
- Hire, train and lead with the help of Human Resources:
- SDRs
- BDRs
- CSMs
- Develop Team Leaders as the team scales
- Build a high-performance commercial culture
P&L & Operations
- Own local P&L
- Budget management and resource allocation
- Define unit economics and margin targets
- Work cross-functionally with HQ (marketing, product, finance)
