Senior Python/AI Engineer

Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for a Senior Python / AI Engineer to own the development of intelligent agent-based systems. This role is ideal for someone deeply experienced in AI integration, prompt engineering, and building scalable multi-agent architectures.

You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing AI-driven workflows, working with cutting-edge tools and frameworks to bring advanced capabilities into production systems.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents using Python
• Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems and workflows
• Integrate LLMs using modern patterns and frameworks (e.g., Bedrock)
• Develop prompt engineering strategies for high-quality outputs
• Implement A2A (agent-to-agent) communication patterns
• Build pipelines for image and document processing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into user-facing applications
• Continuously evaluate and improve AI system performance

Some Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong Python development skills
• Experience working with LLMs and AI integration patterns
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and agent-based systems
• Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration concepts
• Experience with document or image processing pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent English communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AWS Bedrock or similar AI platforms
• Familiarity with emerging AI agent frameworks
• Experience optimizing AI workflows in production environments
