Purpose and Scope

Support the Analytics team with executive reporting, dashboards, and ad-hoc analytical projects to inform commercial strategy and decision-making across the organization.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The project scope will vary as needed and may include the following:

• Executive Dashboards – Support the development and maintenance of executive-level dashboards.

• Business Intelligence Transition – Assist in transitioning reporting from Power BI to Tableau.

• Sales & Commercial Analytics – Conduct ad-hoc analysis of sales datasets to identify trends and insights.

• Presentation Support – Update presentations for Marketing, Sales, and the General Man

Other responsibilities include:

• Proactively initiate meetings to align on timelines and deliverables.

• Incorporate feedback to improve analytical outputs.

• Perform other analytics-related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Exposure to Power BI and/or Tableau preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Bilingual (English/French) considered an asset.

Education & Experience

• Student pursuing a degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field. Prior analytics or internship experience is an asset.
