Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to inbound calls from members and providers, providing accurate and helpful information regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization, and program details.
• Maintaining a reliable internet connection with a secure Ethernet link. Wi-Fi is not permitted.
• Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Staying up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry developments and trends.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality objectives.
• A dedicated home workspace and the ability to work independently.
• A strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to excellence.
• A reliable internet connection with a secure Ethernet link (Wi-Fi is not permitted).

Preferred Skills

While not required, experience working in a call center environment and familiarity with Medicaid and federal health insurance programs are highly desirable.
