The Role

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. You'll work closely with our team to create raving fans for arenaflex every single day.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information, recommendations, and solutions to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement customer-centric solutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction and sales goals

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a live chat or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of the lighting industry or related products
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Starting hourly rate: $16.00/hour

  • $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
