Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented data entry professional to join our team in Memphis, TN. As an entry-level data entry professional, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and consistency of our airline operations and customer data. Responsibilities

As a data entry professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Inputting airline operations and customer data: You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and consistent.
• Maintaining database consistency and format: You'll work closely with our support staff to ensure that our databases are well-organized, easy to navigate, and free from errors.
• Verifying and correcting minor data issues: You'll be responsible for reviewing data for accuracy and making any necessary corrections to ensure that our systems are reliable and trustworthy.
• Collaborating with support staff via digital tools: You'll work closely with our support team to resolve any issues that may arise, using digital tools to communicate and collaborate effectively.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• GED or high school diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
• Entry-level friendly; training provided: We're committed to developing our employees and providing the training and support you need to succeed in this role.
• Must be Memphis-based: We're looking for candidates who are based in the Memphis region, as this role requires regular communication and collaboration with our support staff.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and CRM platforms: You'll need to be proficient in using spreadsheets and CRM platforms to perform your duties effectively.
