Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding support to our subscribers via phone, email, and live chat. You'll be the go-to expert for technical issues related to streaming, billing, and account management, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible. With comprehensive training and the latest tools at your disposal, you'll be empowered to deliver exceptional results while working remotely from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Exceptional Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and address billing and account management concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Technical Troubleshooting: Assist subscribers with technical issues related to streaming on various devices, including smart TVs, smartphones, tablets, and gaming consoles. - Billing and Account Management: Address billing questions, resolve account issues, and provide guidance on subscription plans and pricing. - Record Keeping and Follow-up: Accurately record all customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction. - Performance Metrics: Maintain high performance and customer satisfaction metrics, meeting or exceeding targets in a remote work environment. - Independence and Productivity: Work independently in a remote setting, managing your time effectively to meet productivity goals and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

- Residency: Must reside in or near Chandler, AZ, to ensure proximity to our remote work hub. - Education: High school diploma or GED required; previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus. - Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. - Technical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical streaming problems and assist users across multiple platforms, including smart TVs, smartphones, tablets, and gaming consoles. - Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively while working remotely, with a strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. - Stable Internet Connection: Stable internet connection and a quiet home office environment are necessary to ensure seamless communication and productivity.
