Job Summary

We're seeking experienced and enthusiastic Live Chat Support Representatives to join our remote team. As a Live Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing fast, clear, and helpful responses to customer inquiries via our secure chat interface. This is a non-phone, customer-facing role that requires strong written communication skills, basic computer literacy, and a reliable internet connection. No previous experience is required – we provide paid training to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via live chat
  • Resolving product questions, delivery issues, returns, and account concerns
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using available tools
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional tone at all times
  • Escalating more complex issues to appropriate support departments
  • Meeting performance goals such as response time, customer satisfaction, and accuracy

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Possess strong typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and written communication skills
  • Have basic computer literacy and a reliable internet connection
  • Be able to multitask between chat windows and internal tools
  • Hold a high school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Be legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Prior customer service or remote work experience is a plus, but not required
