Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Incident Response Senior Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading a team of customer care professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer satisfaction goals
- Developing and executing sales strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Managing the recruitment, staffing, and development of a diverse and high-performing team
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 10+ years of experience in sales or go-to-market (GTM) roles, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets
- Experience in online security and a deep understanding of the customer/industry environment
- 5+ years of experience in people management, with a focus on developing high-performing teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- A history of delivering complex projects with measurable outcomes and a high level of success
- Experience working in a large, matrixed, global environment with a diverse range of stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
