• - Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
• Take and deliver drink and food orders, recommend specials, clear tables and transport dirty dishes.
• Clean work station and service area during and at end of shift (complete all side work). Keep work area clean and orderly including moving tables and chairs, clearing tables, dusting, mopping, sweeping, etc.
• Responsible for method of payment for alcohol beverage service.
• Assures an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments.
