Position Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering process
- Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
