Operations Associate II

Here’s what you will experience working as an Operations Associate II:

You have basic knowledge of EOB’s, CPT & ICD-9&10 codes, HCFAs, UB04s, HCPCS, DRGs and authorizations/referrals.

You will process itemized documentation from payors per patients request

You can keep track of the changes to various clients processes and adjust as needed.

You have actively tracked a backlog and prioritizing urgent request as necessary

You have worked in EPIC

You have a strong understanding of HIPPA

Required Skills:

High School diploma

1-2 years of experience
