Marketing Coordinator
Medik8 is a breakthrough beauty business where high-performance science meets a culture of collective ambition. They are seeking an organized, high-energy Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Manager in executing product launches and managing day-to-day logistics for retail initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Manager with the end-to-end execution of product launches and brand campaigns
- Manage the day-to-day logistics for retail initiatives, creative requests, and asset delivery, ensuring nothing stalls
- Co-lead PDP updates across key US channels, ensuring our digital storefronts are as compelling as our science
- Drive the execution of analytical reports, tracking both competitive trends and internal sales data to keep us ahead of the curve
- Assist in developing multi-channel assets and presentations that tell the Medik8 story to internal and external partners
- From budget management and PO raising to coordinating essential product shipments, you’ll keep our operations organized and efficient
Skills
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, ideally within the beauty industry
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Based in NYC, ready to collaborate in person 2 days per week in our hybrid model
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Self-starter who thrives on accountability
- Ability to juggle multiple projects without losing sight of the details
- Expert communicator who can collaborate across diverse teams and protect brand values
