[Remote] Sales Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bimbo Bakeries USA is the largest baking company in the world, employing over 20,000 associates nationwide. They are seeking a Sales Analyst who will provide data analytics and operational support to various internal departments, focusing on identifying business development opportunities and influencing decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Administrative duties which include but are not limited to: maintenance of business systems, holiday schedules, new item setups and presentation support
- Prepare weekly new product performance, trend reports, customers out of stock reporting, and account performance reports
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and presentations as needed
- Ensure internal database integrity, hierarchy implementation, and maintenance
- Manage BBU Sales Systems
- Research Sourcing, Route Contracts, Menus, etc
- Communication to Sales, Manufacturing, and Distribution Teams for system changes and upcoming process changes
- Supports Manager of Sales Systems
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
- 1-3 Years required experience in CPG Industry, Customer Relations, Sales or Analytics
- DSD experience
- Must have strong Project Management acumen
- Demonstrated process driven mindset, excellent organizational and planning skills
- Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is required
- Ability to travel 5-10%
- A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted for education
- 3+ years is a plus
- Experience collaborating with Cross Functional Groups
- Proficient in System related tools, AS400 & Central Data Base preferred
- Proficient in BBU systems such Margin Miner & Micro Strategies preferred
