We're currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a seasonal temporary basis. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll play a vital role in managing increased customer inquiries during our busy holiday season. Your impact will be significant, as you help maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty, directly contributing to arenaflex's success.

The Role and Your Impact:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing customer inquiries via our ticketing system, Gorgias, and over the phone
  • Updating customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by acknowledging and resolving customer complaints with empathy
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude

This is a temporary, seasonal position with 20 hour work weeks, and potential to flex up in hours during our peak weeks. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact in a growing company, while enjoying a fun and dynamic work environment.

What Experience You Need:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Customer service experience

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a temporary, seasonal position that is not benefits-eligible. However, as a member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate and a 50% employee discount on arenaflex products.
