Key Responsibilities

As a live chat support representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing timely and effective support to customers through our online chat platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing live chat messages for businesses on their websites and social media accounts
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about products and services
  • Escalating complex issues to senior support agents or management as needed
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A device (phone, tablet, or laptop) with access to social media and website chat functions
  • A reliable internet connection
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow provided instructions
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong typing skills and ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (optional)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or live chat support
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online chat tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
