In this text chat interview, you'll have the opportunity to share your honest feedback on how you've used a training collar, what worked for you, what didn't, and what you'd like to see improved. About the Study
This is a real product design study, and your participation will help us understand how to create more effective and user-friendly training collars. What You'll Do
* Join a text-only chat interview with one of our researchers
- Share your experiences using a training collar, including the brand, features, and behavior changes you've observed
- Respond to a flexible set of questions that will help us understand your thoughts and opinions
- You may receive occasional follow-up questions later if you're open to it (entirely optional)
Time Estimate
The entire process should take around 30-45 minutes, and you can respond in one sitting or over the course of a few hours, whichever is easier for you.
Payment
You'll receive a fixed payment of $15 USD after the main chat is completed. We appreciate your time and expertise, and we're happy to compensate you for your participation.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking dog owners who:
- Currently own or have recently owned a dog
- Have used a training collar (shock, beep, vibration, GPS, etc.)
- Are comfortable having a text conversation and sharing product opinions
