What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers via emails and chats. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues
- Building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers through empathetic and personalized support
- Meeting team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contributing to the team's success
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technology and trends in the industry
- Handling sensitive customer information with confidentiality and discretion
- Applying the latest customer happiness practices to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Maintaining a working knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Collaborating with developers and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Native Dutch and English communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
- Personal or professional experience in investments/trading/blockchain is a must
- Experience providing support via live chats
- Experience with CRM systems
- Analytical and research skills
- A positive and responsible attitude
- A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
