Your Team

As a Customer Success Manager – Growth, Global at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your colleagues are a strategic and driven bunch who have diverse skill sets in design, agencies, project management, and customer success. When they're not advising, supporting, or guiding our customers on the latest features, they'll be enjoying the great outdoors, hanging out with their friends and family, or even sailing.

Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager – Growth, Global, you'll be responsible for:

  • Together with the growth team, owning a book of ~600-700 customers, driving retention, expansion, and advocacy
  • Leading onboarding and implementation journeys that align with customers' business goals
  • Building long-term relationships with stakeholders across marketing, brand, and IT functions
  • Acting as a strategic advisor, identifying opportunities for increased platform usage and value realization
  • Monitoring client health and taking proactive measures to reduce churn and maximize satisfaction
  • Running success reviews, value check-ins, and training sessions with customers
  • Identifying patterns across accounts and proposing scalable engagement strategies
  • Providing input into the Growth CS playbook, tooling improvements, and internal processes

Your Story

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or a related client-facing role
  • Experience working with small or mid-market clients in a SaaS or tech-driven environment
  • Comfort managing a large portfolio and prioritizing for impact
  • Confidence in communication and balancing listening with thought leadership
  • Results-driven and motivated by customer growth and retention metrics
  • Strong sense of ownership and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset
  • Experience with Customer Success platforms (e.g. Gong), CRM (Salesforce), and data tools is a plus
  • Bonus points if you speak an additional language (Spanish, French, or German)

Compensation

* Ranges from $75,600 - $96,000 base salary

  • With base and commission included, $94,500 - $120,000 on target earnings + benefits (see section below)
  • Pay range varies depending on qualifications and experience
  • Provided compensation range is specific to the state of NY's labor market and may vary for employees living in other areas
