SQAIRZ designs biomechanically engineered footwear that delivers more power, stability, and confidence from the ground up—helping athletes perform at their best and enabling more efficient, comfortable, and confident movement in the moments that matter most.  Built on proven biomechanical principles and validated through independent testing, SQAIRZ footwear features patented innovations, including the brand’s geometric expansive toe box and stability-focused platform engineered to optimize balance and ground-force transfer.  Recognized by leading sports publications, including Sports Illustrated, Golf Digest, and Pickleheads, SQAIRZ has earned multiple industry awards while supporting athletes across golf, baseball, softball, and pickleball. Through science-driven design and relentless innovation, SQAIRZ continues to advance performance footwear—on the field, on the job, and in everyday life.  The Creative Manager will play a critical role in evolving and operationalizing the SQAIRZ brand as it expands from a high-performance, DTC sports foundation into new B2B medical and occupational categories. This role will ensure the brand remains consistent, differentiated, and compelling across diverse audiences, channels, and use cases.  The Creative Manager will lead and develop a team of creative professionals, fostering a culture of high-quality execution, accountability, and continuous evolution of the brand. This individual will also serve as a key collaborator across the organization—working closely with Sales, Marketing, and the Leadership Team, including direct engagement with the Founder, to ensure the brand vision is both protected and progressively advanced.  This role will oversee the development and production of visual and written assets across digital channels, including websites, social media, and paid media. Acting as a critical bridge between marketing strategy and creative execution, the Creative Manager will ensure that campaign assets (photography, video, and copy) are delivered on time, within budget, and in full alignment with the evolving SQAIRZ brand identity. In addition, this role will be responsible for translating business objectives and sales priorities into compelling creative solutions, ensuring that brand storytelling not only builds long-term equity but also supports immediate commercial impact across both DTC and B2B channels.  Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Brand Evolution Across Categories Evolve the SQAIRZ brand system to seamlessly extend from performance sports (golf, baseball, softball, pickleball) into medical and occupational markets—ensuring the brand’s core principles translate authentically without dilution.
  • Develop Category-Specific Positioning Define and guide distinct yet connected positioning frameworks for each category, tailoring messaging and creative expression to both end-user consumers and B2B decision-makers (e.g., clinicians, administrators, procurement, distributors).
  • Translate Product Innovation into Relevant Narratives Ensure core product truths—such as stability, balance, and patented toe-box design—are expressed in ways that resonate with different audiences, from performance-driven athletes to professionals seeking comfort, safety, and fatigue reduction.
  • Establish and Enforce Brand Standards Build and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines, including visual identity, tone of voice, messaging hierarchy, and content frameworks. Ensure consistency across all internal teams, external partners, and distributor channels.
  • Drive Go-to-Market Creative Strategy Partner with marketing and sales leaders to shape campaign narratives and creative strategies that support both near-term revenue goals in sports categories and long-term growth in emerging B2B segments.
  • Modernize and Elevate Brand Expression Continuously refine and elevate the visual and verbal identity of SQAIRZ to ensure it feels modern, credible, and differentiated across all categories and touchpoints.
  • Build a Scalable Content Ecosystem Define how content ladders from product features to proof points to broader storytelling. Ensure creative assets are optimized for both DTC (web, social, paid media) and B2B (sales tools, distributor enablement, clinical validation) environments.
  • Champion “Show vs. Tell” Storytelling Lead a shift toward demonstrative, evidence-based creative—prioritizing proof, performance validation, and real-world application over claims-heavy messaging.
  • Ensure Cross-Functional Alignment Act as a key connector between marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure brand and creative execution align with business priorities, channel needs, and growth strategies. Team Leadership- Managing in-house creatives (designers, video editors) or external creative agencies to deliver high-quality content.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field
Experience:
