ServiceNow Developer Sr. – HRSD Module – 6-Month Contract (Remote from Puerto Rico Preferred, U.S. Citizens Only)Job Description:
3500 Square, LLC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer for a 6-month federal project. We require a developer with proven experience using the ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) module. This is a fully remote position, with preference for candidates residing in Puerto Rico. Only U.S. citizens may apply. End client is confidential. Full professional proficiency in English required.Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using the ServiceNow HRSD module.
- Optimize and troubleshoot HR workflows in ServiceNow.
- Integrate HRSD with other modules or external systems as needed.
- Document configurations, updates, and provide end-user training.
Required Qualifications
- 5–6 years’ experience developing and configuring ServiceNow.
- Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) module.
- U.S. citizenship (required)
- Ability to pass a background check Tier 1 (T1/NACI) Used for non-sensitive, low-risk, or public trust positions.
- Available for a remote 6-month contract, preferably working from Puerto Rico.
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Availability to start within the next two weeks.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist Human Resources Service Delivery (CIS-HRSD)
- 6-month contract (temporary position).
- Full-time.
- Remote (preferred location: Puerto Rico, other U.S. regions considered).
