Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a key role in delivering our commitment to customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Providing accurate, complete, and helpful information about arenaflex's products, services, and policies
- Assisting customers with order-related questions, including tracking shipments, processing returns, and handling refunds
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Experience
