- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* 1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in a virtual or remote environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in using chat platforms, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred
