Job Summary

As a Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our Cantonese-speaking customers, providing prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to their inquiries. You'll utilize your strong communication skills to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle all customer inquiries and provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses in Cantonese.

  • Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with Cantonese-speaking customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Cantonese-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to effectively assist customers with their inquiries.
  • Proactively identify and address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
  • Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes to effectively assist customers with their needs.

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in Cantonese (spoken and written)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer service software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer service environment with a focus on cultural sensitivity and language support

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
