Overview:

The Graphic Artist at Innova supports the creation and management of product and marketing assets across digital and physical channels. 

This is a mid-level, execution-focused role responsible not only for producing high-quality creative work but also for maintaining consistency, accuracy, and organization of assets across our systems. The team member is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working within defined product specifications while contributing industry-leading creative solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:

Product Asset Creation

• Design and produce disc artwork aligned with product specifications and brand standards
• Create and update product and event related assets including product graphics, packaging, spec sheets, and supporting materials
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all product visuals and outputs
• Prepare files for production with attention to detail and technical requirements

2. Marketing & Campaign Asset Production

• Create digital and print assets for website, social media, and marketing campaigns
• Adapt existing assets across multiple formats and channels
• Support seasonal, product launch, and always-on marketing initiatives
• Execute creative work within established brand and product guidelines

3. Workflow, Digital Asset Management (DAM), & File Organization

• Upload, tag, and organize assets within the company’s DAM system
• Maintain consistent file naming conventions and folder structure
• Ensure all “final approved” assets meet internal standards before publishing
• Manage and prioritize incoming art requests through internal systems (e.g., Asana)
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and expectations
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce rework in asset creation

4. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with marketing, product, and art teams to execute projects effectively
• Contribute ideas and solutions within project constraints
• Support the evolution of internal creative processes and asset standards over time

Experience:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer or graphic artist
• Strong portfolio demonstrating production design, layout, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience working within structured file systems and asset libraries
• Ability to follow technical specifications while maintaining visual quality
• Clear communication and ability to work cross-functionally
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred

Education

• A degree in design, fine arts, or related field is a plus (preferred)
