Luxury Interior Designer Needed – Experiential Studio (Fast-Paced, High-Impact Project)
• *Overview:** We are seeking a highly talented interior designer with experience in
luxury commercial environments
(hospitality, theater, experiential retail, or similar) to help design a
cutting-edge presentation studio
in Palm Beach County, Florida. This is not a typical design project. We are building a
next-generation client experience
—a space where high-end residential clients can step inside their projects and make confident decisions through immersive, cinematic presentations. We are looking for someone who can move quickly, think creatively, and execute at a high level. ---

- *Project Scope:**
We are designing a
15’ x 20’ studio space
that will include:
- Feature
visual theater wall
with (3) large integrated screens
- Custom
tech cabinetry
for equipment integration
Controllable backlighting
and layered lighting design
- Ceiling redesign (replace standard drop ceiling with architectural solution)
- Conversion from fluorescent to
high-end LED lighting system
• Layout for:
- (4) high-end lounge chairs (presentation seating)
- (1) round table for 6 (post-presentation collaboration)
- Small tech/control station
- Rugs, wall treatments, and overall material palette
- *Important Constraints:**
• This is a
rental space
→ all design elements must be removable / non-permanent
- All materials must be
readily available (no long lead times)
• Design must be practical to implement quickly ---
- *Deliverables (Phase 1 – Due Within 5 Business Days):**
• Concept direction + mood boards
- Space planning / layout plan
- Material and finish selections (with sourcing)
- Lighting strategy
- Key feature wall concept (visual centerpiece)

• Proven experience in
luxury commercial interiors

- Strong portfolio showing
high-end, modern, minimal design
• Ability to balance
aesthetic + technical integration

- Comfortable working on
tight timelines without sacrificing quality
• Bonus: experience with AV-integrated environments or presentation spaces ---
