Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions that transform the clinical trials landscape. As a Full Stack Data Scientist, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing advanced data analytics and machine learning solutions that drive meaningful insights and improve patient outcomes. You'll work closely with our team of experts to develop and deploy data-driven solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and implement advanced data analytics and machine learning solutions that drive meaningful insights and improve patient outcomes

• Collaborate with our team of experts to develop and deploy data-driven solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain high-quality data pipelines and data products that support our clinical trials and RWE initiatives
• Work closely with our data engineering team to design and implement scalable data architectures that support our data analytics and machine learning solutions
• Develop and maintain advanced data visualization and reporting tools that support our data-driven decision-making processes
• Collaborate with our clinical trials team to develop and implement data-driven solutions that support our clinical trial design and execution
• Develop and maintain high-quality documentation and technical notes that support our data analytics and machine learning solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning and apply this knowledge to our solutions

Essential Capabilities

* 2 years of experience with R, Python, or SQL

• Experience in designing and implementing powerful and reproducible statistical analyses with regards to epidemiology and observational research with healthcare data
• Knowledge of standard statistical testing strategies including generalized linear models, regression and classification, decision trees, machine learning, time series analysis, and survival analysis
• Experience handling large datasets from various data sources
• Experience handling protected patient health data
• Knowledge of at least one of the following: Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Spotfire, or other BI visualization tools

Preferred Capabilities

* Mastery in EMR/Health IT, disease libraries, and claims data sets

• Aptitude in clinical data principles, clinical terminologies, and controlled vocabularies used in healthcare data and ontologies (ICD9/10/ReadCode)
• Experience in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory compliance rules for real-world evidence studies or clinical trials (e.g., ISO, MDD/MDR, CFR)
• Experience handling alternative data sources and alternative methods for clinical data collection, particularly those enabled by technology platforms and solutions
• Experience with trial design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, computational statistics
• Understanding of machine learning and AI strategies, ability to continue self-learning of technical and non-technical skills
