Job Description:
Are you an experienced Human Resources professional looking for an exciting opportunity to drive talent management strategies in a dynamic and inclusive environment? American Express is currently seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team for the 2023 recruitment season.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and execute recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the selection of top-tier talent.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals effectively.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication.
- Provide guidance and support to resolve workplace issues and conflicts.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to enhance the employee experience.
Talent Development:
- Implement learning and development initiatives to support career growth.
- Identify training needs and coordinate workshops, seminars, and other educational programs.
- Collaborate with leaders to create individual development plans for employees.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance on goal setting and feedback.
- Assist in identifying high-potential employees and implementing succession planning.
HR Policy and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and regulations to recommend necessary updates.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a large corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
