Remote Claims Associate: VA STATE ONLY

• Receiving and reviewing insurance claims
• Conducting thorough investigations and gathering necessary information
• Processing claims accurately and efficiently
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure claims are processed in a timely manner
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records of claims activities

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a call center environment is required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize and provide solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Must be a resident of Richmond, VA or the surrounding area, as local onsite meetings will be required (approximately once a month)
