Revenue Operations Analyst
The Role We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to take ownership of our commercial reporting infrastructure. Right now, key business data lives across HubSpot and spreadsheets — and keeping it all visible to leadership is a manual, time-intensive process. You'll fix that. In your first few months, you'll build the reporting templates and dashboards that give our board and leadership team a single source of truth. Over time, you'll own the weekly data rhythm that keeps the whole business informed. You'll be embedded in the Sales Operations function, working day-to-day with the Head of Sales Ops, with visibility up to co-founder and board level.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain reporting templates that pull data from HubSpot and Excel into clean, structured formats. Develop Power BI dashboards for board and leadership use, covering revenue, pipeline, regional performance, and key commercial metrics. Own the weekly data update cycle, ensuring all outputs are accurate and delivered on time. Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into clear, compelling visuals. Flag data quality issues and help build better input discipline across the team. Over time, identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting workflows.
What We're Looking For
A fresh graduate or someone with up to one year of experience — a background in business, economics, finance, or a quantitative discipline is preferred. Advanced Excel skills — comfortable with complex formulas, pivot tables, and building structured models. Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.
