COMMUNITY NAME Community Support Office Job ID 2026-241559 JOB OVERVIEW At Sunrise, our National Senior Resource Counselor (NSRC) is responsible for increasing initial in-person presentations (IPP) and move-ins within their portfolio of communities from leads referred by referral agencies and assigned lead sources. RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS Essential Duties As a part of the Sunrise team, supporting our Mission, Principles of Service and Core Values is a fundamental part of this job. The unique responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the essential functions listed as follows: Respond to leads from multiple channels (phone, email, and website) Enter leads into the Sunrise customer relationship management (CRM) application Review all Sunrise options with the referral agency representative Contact the lead immediately and set up the tours Position Sunrise Senior Living as a preferred provider Implement sales strategies Achieve department KPIs Maintain compliance in assigned required training and all training required by state/province or other regulating authorities as applicable to this role to ensure that Sunrise standards are always met. Perform other duties as assigned.
