AI Social Media Manager

Job Title: AI Social Media Manager Location: Remote Time Zone: US Time Zones (EST–PST) Role Overview We are seeking an AI Social Media Manager to own and scale our social media strategy using AI-powered tools to drive reach, engagement, and brand consistency. This role is responsible for strategic planning, performance optimization, and managing AI-assisted content workflows across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with brand and growth goals Leverage AI tools to ideate, generate, schedule, and optimize social content Own the social content calendar across key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok) Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize content using AI insights Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Content teams on campaigns and launches Establish best practices for AI usage, tone of voice, and content governance Stay current on AI trends, platform updates, and social media best practices

Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, optimization, or analytics Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered Strong understanding of major social media platforms and performance metrics Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end social media initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SaaS, tech, or digital-first companies Familiarity with paid social amplification and A/B testing Experience defining brand voice and social guidelines Tools & Technology AI Tools: ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, or similar Social Platforms & Scheduling: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, or similar Analytics: Native platform analytics, Google Analytics Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace Please NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
