Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled, analytical, and collaboration-driven Sr. Benefit Analyst (International - EMEA) to join our Global Benefits / Total Rewards team. In this role, you will primarily support the strategic benefit design, annual renewal, and financial management of benefit plans across the EMEA region. Acting as a vital regional resource, you will leverage data-driven insights and support vendor negotiations to balance global corporate consistency with vital local relevance. This role requires strong analytical skills to ensure all programs are cost-effective, competitive, and optimize the overall employee experience. This is a full-time, remote position aligned with the EMEA region. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will: Support Benefit Design & Strategy: Support the regional benefit design strategy and review process for all plans, programs, and policies across each country. Extract actionable insights from third-party vendor reports and internal platforms to back design recommendations and annual plan changes. Manage Annual Renewals & Vendor Performance: Support the annual contract renewal process for all regional benefit vendors, including preparing required data and financial analysis. Assist the Regional Senior Manager in vendor negotiations focused on cost-containment and service level optimization, while tracking and managing vendor Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Drive Reporting, Compliance, & Data Analysis: Support regional compliance obligations, including time-off program compliance. Develop and maintain executive dashboards and support the development and quality assurance (QA) of leadership presentations to report on program effectiveness, cost trends, and utilization metrics. Collaborate and Deliver Strategic Communications: Partner closely with the Benefits Center of Excellence (COE), benefits administration colleagues, and local/regional HR teams to drive localized awareness and trust in our programs. Support the drafting, SME review, and distribution of clear, accurate employee-facing benefit communications and required statutory notices. What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have: Progressive international benefits experience with a strong focus on data analysis, plan design support, or vendor renewal processes within the EMEA region. Strong technical and data acumen, including a proven capability in aggregating and analyzing complex data sets, census files, and plan documents. Practical knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow (highly preferred). Core professional competencies, including strong analytical, negotiation support, and influencing skills within a matrixed environment. You must possess the organizational agility to manage competing priorities and a continuous-improvement mindset focused on strategic process enhancement.
