Job Title - Oracle CPQ Cloud (Big Machines) + Level (Team Lead) Management Level : 09 – Team Lead Location: Any Accenture India Location Educational Qualification: Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience is required Job Summary: As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: Required Skills: Minimum 5 + years’ experience as a team member of 2 or more successful software project implementations related to Oracle CPQ Cloud (Bigmachines) Must have technical hands-on development activities related to Configuration, Commerce, Document Designer, Workflow Approvals, Email Templates, Steps, BML, Commerce and Configuration Layout Design Must have hands-on with CPQ Administrative activities like Environment Setup, Data Table Management, File Manager, User and Group Management, Parts creation, Code Migration, Cascading Stylesheets (CSS) Proven ability to work independently and as a team member to perform hands-on development tasks, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, technical design on a scalable solution as required in support of current and new Oracle CPQ (Bigmachines) Cloud projects Experience with integrating CPQ to third party systems using SOAP/REST API s Expertise in troubleshooting/debugging issues and identifying/documenting the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Experience in raising technical service requests with Oracle and taking the issue to closure Desired Skills Experience with using CPQ exposed SOAP and REST API s End to end hands-on experience on integrating CPQ with Salesforce.com (using legacy/lightning adaptor), Oracle Sales Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle E-Business Suite Technical hands-on experience on setting up SSO with CPQ Experience with JavaScript and jQuery. Technical hands-on experience on BOM Mapping and Asset Based Ordering (ABO) Professional & Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development. Experience in setting and enforcing coding standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.
