Responsibilities

QA BCBA Job Description: Competitive Pay. Remote schedule. Make a difference and love doing it. We are a small, employee-centric organization driven by our collective commitment to ABA excellence.

Qualifications

What you will do: Conduct 15 IAs per year. Conduct reviews on reports written by BCBAs to ensure compliance with ABA standards and insurance requirements. Evaluate client performance based on data, graphs, and assessment reports. Develops and assists with newly developed clinical needs and initiatives. Provide training, support, and guidance for BCBAs. Provide tech support with regards to Central Reach. Communicate with the BCBAs respectfully and in a way that creates a supportive environment Other duties as assigned. A day in the life: Experience working and training individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges with ABA. Experience working with cases funded by insurance Experience with clinical quality assurance work Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly tech savvy Works well in a collaborative environment and builds mutual trust and credibility at all levels of the organization Ability to multi-task and prioritize BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing Demonstrated ability to work independently and self-motivated to achieve business goals
