Your purpose & impact The Senior Key Account Manager DACH is an integral role within the B2B team. This role will be based remotely in Germany, (although we are open to this role being based in London for the right candidate) with fluency in German essential. The Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue, developing and implementing effective strategic plans, increasing market share, and building and maintaining key relationships in the DACH region. This role demands a commercially minded, strategic leader who can drive significant growth through these partnerships while leading and developing a Junior Key Account Manager. Main responsibilities Leading on regional strategy for DACH Being the main point of contact for the key retailers in the DACH region Identify new opportunities for growth within existing retailers to maximise potential and deliver topline revenue Manage the P&L for each retailer (and total region), balancing investment with opportunity to ensure profitability within the region Line managing a Junior Key Account Manager, providing ongoing coaching, feedback and support for their development Build and deliver against an annual sales target, using product innovation, growth opportunities and retail trends to build your sales plan Responsibility for annual (and ongoing) SKU-level forecast Important personal traits 5+ years relevant work experience within Key Account Management, preferably within FMCG (experience with DM and Rossmann essential) Excellent negotiation and communication skills Analytical with a strategic mindset Proficient in Google Suite Great presentation skills Business-driven and entrepreneurial mindset Strong interpersonal skills who likes networking Experience managing or mentoring others, with a natural ability to inspire, develop and get the best out of a team What you’ll get You will play an extremely important role in taking this brand to the next level, so you should desire to go above and beyond in your work.
