How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead the Corporate Strategy team's growth priorities across the enterprise to drive strategic market expansion and large scale business transformation. Build advanced frameworks and methodologies for the Corporate Strategy team to evaluate market entry, capital planning, and access opportunities across National and Ministry Market settings. Support executive leadership in the design and evaluation of strategic growth initiatives including capital project assessments and volume forecasting to ensure alignment with organizational vision. Oversee the execution and performance management of growth imperatives while monitoring monthly business performance and progress to plan across all markets. Incorporate complex industry and competitive intelligence into strategy design to ensure Ascension remains proactive and resilient within the evolving healthcare landscape. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. What additional preferences we're seeking Leverage extensive experience in healthcare consulting or corporate strategy to develop and execute enterprise-wide initiatives within large, complex healthcare organizations. Demonstrate exceptional critical thinking and organizational skills to create structure from ambiguous information while managing multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to influence stakeholders and communicate concise, compelling strategic recommendations to executive and senior leadership.
