The Transformation Communications Coordinator will be a strategic thinker with a passion for communications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing communications and strategies for Project Liftoff, a large transformation program covering three major workstreams and impacting 100% of AssuredPartners employees. The Transformation Communications... Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication and information flow amongst Project Liftoff stakeholders. What You'll Do • Create clear and concise project-related messages that effectively convey updates, milestones, news, and relevant information to a variety of team members and stakeholders. • Produce engaging content, including emails, videos, presentations, and graphics to communicate key messages. • Execute on project-specific internal communication strategies that align with the project’s goals, timelines, and change objectives. • Support change management efforts by creating communications that effectively convey the project’s value and benefits. • Track and analyze the effectiveness of initiatives to improve communications based on feedback and data. • Manage multiple projects with deadlines simultaneously.
