Media Buyer (Meta Ads)

We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer who can generate qualified leads, optimize ad performance, and scale campaigns profitably. This role is ideal for someone who understands direct response marketing and has experience generating leads for high-ticket offers, coaching programs, online education, or consulting businesses. Position Overview As our Media Buyer, you will be responsible for managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns primarily on Meta (Facebook & Instagram). Your success will be measured by your ability to generate qualified booked appointments while maintaining profitable acquisition costs. You will work closely with our founders, appointment setters, and creative team to continuously improve campaign performance.
Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Launch, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance daily
- Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability
- Identify and troubleshoot performance issues quickly
Creative Strategy
- Analyze winning ad creatives and market trends
- Develop creative testing plans
- Coordinate with video editors and content creators
- Recommend new hooks, angles, offers, and messaging
Funnel Optimization
- Monitor lead quality throughout the funnel
- Analyze landing page performance
- Improve conversion rates across the customer journey
- Work with the sales team to understand lead quality feedback
Reporting
- Track and report key performance metrics
- Maintain accurate campaign data
- Provide weekly performance summaries
- Make data-driven recommendations for growth
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 2 years of Meta advertising experience
- Proven experience generating leads through Facebook and Instagram Ads
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets of at least $10,000+
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, testing, and scaling
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and make optimization decisions
- Strong understanding of direct response marketing principles
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Preferred
- Experience running ads for coaching, consulting, education, or info products
- Experience with GoHighLevel
- Experience with webinar, VSL, or application funnels
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $50,000/month
- Understanding of ecommerce and entrepreneurship markets
