About the position All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers who want to make a difference in the lives of clients by providing individualized care in the comfort of their homes. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities to ensure their well-being and independence.
Responsibilities
- Meal preparation
- Housekeeping
- Companionship
- Personal hygiene care
- Transportation assistance
- Other light duties as assigned
Requirements
- Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
- Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
