• Reaching out to new incoming leads within 24 hours to begin admissions discussions via telephone
• Describing Novatio School's virtual educational structure and enrollment procedures in straightforward, accessible terms
• Maintaining systematic follow-up to advance families from initial inquiry through application completion to final enrollment
• Recording all interactions in a CRM with detailed notes, defined next actions, and updated pipeline status
• Planning and facilitating local recruitment events in Texas or Arizona to showcase the school and collect new prospective family information

• Allowing incoming leads to remain unaddressed while prioritizing administrative tasks
• Relying on inflexible call scripts or functioning as part of a high-throughput call center operation
• Participating in events without actively engaging in presentations or lead generation activities
• Allocating most of your time to internal office tasks during periods of active enrollment demand

Admissions Representative Key Responsibilities Transform inquiries from interested families into qualified, well-informed applicants who successfully complete the enrollment process at Novatio School. Basic Requirements

• Located in Texas or Arizona with availability for hybrid work arrangements
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a comparable customer-facing position
• Background working with children or families (including schools, camps, childcare, tutoring, or similar environments)
• Comfortable conducting regular phone outreach and supporting families through multi-step procedures
• Excellent verbal communication abilities with a capacity to establish trust rapidly
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms or digital lead management systems

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Prior experience in admissions, enrollment, inside sales, or lead qualification functions
• Experience organizing or delivering presentations at community events or outreach initiatives
