RCM Training Specialist, Cash Applications - Remote

Labcorp is seeking a RCM Training Specialist I to join our Cash Applications, Unidentified Cash team. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Job Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs for new hires and current employees within Cash Applications, Unidentified Cash.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using performance data and provide actionable feedback
• Monitor and report on training impact during onboarding and ongoing development
• Collaborate with operational leadership to identify training needs and update training materials
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Utilize a variety of instructional methods, including classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training
• Incorporate industry best practices and continuous improvement strategies into training programs

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare, life sciences, business, or related field with 3+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Work experience in Cash Applications or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

The RCM Training Specialist I is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs. The Training Specialist monitors training effectiveness, analyzes performance data, and partners with operational stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives.
