  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or higher is preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in online or chat support environments
  • Proficiency in chat-support software and basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online shopping principles is a plus
