[Remote] Strategic Projects Analyst (Pegasus)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DaVita Kidney Care is focused on building meaningful partnerships within the healthcare sector. They are seeking a Strategic Projects Analyst to support the corporate development team in identifying and driving strategic growth opportunities through analytics and project management.
Responsibilities
- Perform robust analytics to inform strategic decisions and business development initiatives, including analyzing market trends and forecasting new growth opportunities
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and improve the effectiveness of targeting efforts (including leveraging Salesforce to drive efficiencies and enhance tracking)
- Prepare clear and concise materials for internal and external meetings, including pitch decks, talking points, executive strategy sessions, and interdepartmental communications
- Track, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ongoing business development activities
- Independently and cross-functionally identify new growth opportunities and creatively address challenges as they arise
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales analytics, financial analysis, strategy, or a related role
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities with a high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to present complex information clearly and concisely, including experience creating presentation materials
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Must be comfortable driving forward significant amounts of independent work, while also effectively partnering and communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from fellow analysts to Vice Presidents
- Experience with a healthcare provider is preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce and business intelligence tools is a strong plus
